The queen of the hills is a Himalayan city in the Indian state of West Bengal. It is internationally renowned as a tourist destination for its spectacular view of Mt.Kanchandzonga, along with its tea industry and the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, a UNESCO World Heritage site. One can have the view of entire Singalila Range along with Mt.Kanchandzonga, Bhutan Himalaya and a part of Everest range from Darjeeling. The eye caching valleys, meandering rivers and of course the lush green tea gardens are the unique features of Darjeeling .Beside all these the main attractions of this popular hill stations are Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (HMI) , Himalayan Zoo , Tiger Hill , Rock Garden , Batashiya Loop.

Mirik is a small town and a municipality of Darjeeling district in the state of West Bengal, India. It is the headquarters of the Mirik subdivision. The name Mirik comes from the Lepcha words Mir-Yok meaning “place burnt by fire”.

DAY 1
Arrival and Transfer to Darjeeling
On arrival at NJP Station (New Jalpaiguri) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB), Our driver will meet & greet assist you to board the vehicle. You will be transferred to Darjeeling, The Queen on Hills. It is a 3 hrs journey through lush green mountains. Reach there and check in at hotel. Evening free for leisure. Suggested to visit Chowrasta, The Mall road. Overnight at Darjeeling.
DAY 2
Darjeeling Local Sight Seeing
Early morning around 3.30 am start for Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise and it’s amazing effects on the Mt. Kanchenjunga (World’s 3rd highest peak), Visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop (War Memorial) while returning to the Hotel. Breakfast at the Hotel followed by day local points covering Padmaja N. Zoological Garden (Closed on Thursday), Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday),Peace Pagoda (Japanese Temple), Tea Garden (Outer View) Tenzing rock. Back to hotel. Evening free to roam around the Mall and Local Market (Closed on Thursday). Overnight at Darjeeling.
DAY 3
Excursion to Mirik and Pashupati Market
After breakfast drive to Mirik nearly 60 kilometers 2 hours drive – The drive is through scenic roads with occasional stoppage for photography – Mirik is centered round Samendu Lake and is known for its landscaped gardens, tea gardens, orange orchards, cardamom groves and spectacular views of the Himalayan ranges – Full day excursion of Mirik Lake (Horse riding & Boating facilities is available around the lake – This high altitude lake is worth visiting – One can also visit Pashupati Market in Nepal on the way back to Darjeeling – Back to Darjeeling – Evening free to roam around the Hotel / Resort or Mall or the Local market area – Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
DAY 4
Departure
As per scheduled departure time, Check out from the hotel and Transfer to NJP Station (New Jalpaiguri) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB). Board Train/Flight for your return journey. Tour Ends.
